  • you will learn about the study program offer for the 2026/2027 academic year,
  • you will find out everything about the admissions rules,
  • you will see the campus and teaching facilities,
  • you will visit, among other places, the Faculty of Law courtroom and the flight simulator,
  • you will talk with students and representatives of student research groups,
  • you will learn about opportunities for exchange under the Erasmus+ program.

Anyone wishing to take part in the Open Day must register using the form below 
(this also applies to accompanying persons).

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR, OJ EU L of 2016, No. 119), we inform you that:

 

  1. The controller of your personal data is Lazarski University, located at 43 Świeradowska Street, 02-662 Warsaw.
  2. The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at the following email address: iod@lazarski.edu.pl.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of participating in Lazarski University Open Day,on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract and taking steps to enter into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, the legitimate interest consisting in maintaining contact with participants, promoting and developing science, shaping and promoting academic staff, and promoting the educational activities of the Controller. The data may also be processed in order to fulfill the Controller’s legal obligations arising from applicable law, on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
  4. Personal data relating to voice and image may be processed for informational, promotional and documentation purposes related to the organization of Lazarski University Open Day, on the basis of your consent. If you give your consent, we have a legitimate interest in documenting organized events, and we may process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
  5. Your personal data will be stored by the Controller for the period necessary to carry out your participation, or until any claims become time-barred.
  6. Recipients of the personal data will be entities authorized to obtain personal data under applicable law. Personal data may be transferred by us to entities that operate the Controller’s IT systems and provide IT tools, or that provide the Controller with videoconferencing, postal, hosting, cloud, or document destruction services.
  7. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  8. You have the right to request access to your personal data from the Controller, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and the right to data portability. If you give your consent, you also have the right to withdraw it by sending a statement to the email address: iod@lazarski.edu.pl.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  10. You have the right to object at any time — on grounds relating to your particular situation — to the processing of personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
  11. Providing personal data is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Failure to provide the data may result in the inability to participate in the meeting.
  12. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization unless required by the Controller’s legal obligations.
